In order to get started, please take a moment to register your name and email address. From there, you will be able to select a lecture to transcribe and/or subtitle, browse completed lectures and see what needs to be edited..
Once you register you will receive an email to confirm your email address. One of our Admins will also need to confirm your registration. when this is done, you will be able to login to the site.
After login, the ‘Get Started’ page will load; there you will see a search option and short list of files. You can search for a lecture to work on by date, topic, and name or you can select a lecture from one of the quick links below the search bar.
Once you have finished a lecture, login to the seva teams website and upload the completed file to the appropriate ‘stage’ on the site.
All files in the ‘Archive Downloads’ are versions from the above stages that have all been saved in case we need to revert the edits on any particular file, or need to go back and see an original.
Depending on your seva, you will have access to specific parts of the site. Do not worry if you cannot access a particular stage. Only Admins have access to all stages. If you need access to another stage, have questions or technical difficulties, please click, ‘contact us’ and one of our Admins will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
